Gemma comes to Dunsbairn Westies from Lymetone Westies in Ontario already bred to Lewis. Gemma and Lewis have had great looking puppies.
My hope in buying Gemma at age six is to keep one of her and Lewis's pups for a potential future breeding dog and also to take advantage of breeding her to Chip in a year's time in order to produce pups with a whopping number of ancestors that have at least a championship. A Chip & Gemma litter could produce wonderful show dogs.
Considering that Gemma had a
airplane ride and a long trip home
in a truck from Emonton and then
gave birth shorly afterwards - she
is remarkably friendly and
affectionate. As she gets to know
us more she is even happer to
greet us. She smiles showing her
top teeth as well as her bottom
when she is particularly happy to
see you. If you didn't know this
about her you would think she
was showing aggression.
It has been very easy to get
attached to this little girl -
she is cuddly and sweet natured.
