Dunsbarin Westies is a huge fan of The Big Bang Theory
The pups at one week old. This is just about all they have been doing between naps :-)
Pups at 2 weeks old with they eyes already open - most of my litters this has been around day 17. They are starting to walk or should I say run :-)
At only three weeks old, these are some real good looking puppies. They don't do very much yet - just eat sleep, explore a tiny bit then sleep some more.
The little rascals at 4 weeks old. At this age they were still not doing too much and had little interest in humans. It was hard to get their attention for photos.
Week 5 - what a difference a week makes. The puppies are now fully engaged in life with humans. They love playtime and are getting quite rough and tumble with each other. Eating dry kibble and drinking water but still on their mother's milk too.  This is one of the most unifor litters I have had - hard to tell the boys apart. They like to use their front legs a lot (like their father) and are fairly quiet like their mother. This week they have taken to biting at human feet and we are trying to gently break them of that habit as their little teeth are sharp!
A fun group of sweeties!
The pups at 7 weeks:

These guys do like their breakfasts. They remind me of Hobbits with their first breakfasts, second breakfasts and almost lunches. They do like to take in more food in the mornings than other litters I have had which enjoyed more evenly spaced out meals throughout the day.

As for personality – well the boys are pretty evenly matched – no huge differences in personality. They all are chewing ferociously this week but are starting to learn that our toes are part of the people they like. All absolutely LOVE playtime – there is some running around crazy stuff going on at playtime!

Penny seems a little more advanced than the boys in her development as far as ears go, she is fast and smart and keeps up with her bigger brothers.

Sheldon is slightly the more outgoing of the group and Rajesh is slightly the more quiet of the group but, like I say, this litter is pretty even in both looks and temperament.

Some fantastic pups here. Stay tuned for reports from their upcoming vet inspections.
